- NOT ONE WORD SAID ABOUT THEM ARRESTING ME BECAUSE I RODE MY BIKE ACROSS THE RAILROAD TRACKS. COMBINED WITH JANDREAU CONVERSATION ABOUT TRESSPASSING ON SRP PROPERTY THIS INDICATES SGT MITCHELL MADE IT UP THIS REASON FOR THE ARREST BECAUSE IT SOUNDS BETTER THEN FALSELY ARRESTING ME ON PROPERTY THAT POSTED THAT THE PUBLIC IS ALLOWED TO USE IT.
- NOT ONE WORD SAID ABOUT ME INVOKING MY FIFTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS AND REFUSING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. I WANTED THEIR TALKS ABOUT THIS IN THE RADIO TRANSMISSIONS. IT WOULD BE NICE HAVING JANDREAU SAY TO MITCHELL:

- GET NAMES OF COPS AT TEMPE BEACH PARK.
- AT 3:28 HE SAYS BETWEEN MILL & PRIEST. THATS WRONG. WE WERE AT MILL & WASHINGTON. BUT STILL IT AGREES WITH WHAT I SAID THAT WE WERE AT THE GRAND CANAL JUST SOUTH OF WASHINGTON.

OFFER TO SHARE THIS INFO WITH SRP SINCE TEMPE TOLD SRP I WAS NOT TRESSPASSING ON SRP PROPERTY BUT THE RAIL ROAD TRACKS.
ASK SRP FOR COPY OF THEIR E-MAIL OR LETTER FROM TEMPE SAYING I WASNT TRESSPASSING ON SRP BUT INSTEAD ON RAILROAD.
THE TAPE AND LETTER PROVES THEY ARE LYING.
- NOTHING IN THE TAPE MENTIONED THE RAILROAD TRACKS AND TRESSPASSING.
- NOTHING IN THE TAPE MENTIONED THE REASON FOR THE LOCATION CHANGE FROM TEMPE BEACH PARK TO THE RAILROAD TRACKS AT THE GRAND CANAL UNDER THE PRIEST DRIVE BRIDGE. CAN THEY EXPLAIN WHY THEY MOVED ME THERE AND RELEASED ME THERE?
PROBABLY TO KEEP PEOPLE WHO WITNESSED ARREST FROM KNOWING I WAS FALSELY ARRESTED.
AND DID THE PIGS COMMIT A CRIME WHEN THEY MOVED ME A MILE AND A HALF FROM WHERE I WAS ARRESTED AND DUMPED ME OFF.
